We offer standard and priority rates depending upon how quickly you need your embroidery. Please indicate your delivery choice on your order form. Thank you!

Postal Cost and Delivery Time

Australian Orders
We use registered mail via Australia Post for all our deliveries. Please note, your recipient must be at home to receive registered parcels. If there is nobody home, a card will be left at the mail box requesting the recipient to pick up the parcel at the specified nearest post office.

Please see below a schedule that outlines the postal costs to be added to your order. It also gives you an indication of delivery times – these include the time it takes for us to process your order.

If time’s short, and you need to get it there fast, you may choose to select Priority Order.

International Orders
For international orders we use Australian Post. Our preferred service from Australian Post is Express Post International. This service option provides:

Basic tracking for most destinations
Reliable delivery within 3 to 7 business days
Offers signed delivery at most destinations

Depending on your country’s custom regulations, there might be additional customs charges payable on delivery of your gift. Please check with your local customs for more information regarding this matter.

Please note: Framed, the gift is between 1.7kg to 2kg (3.8lb to 4.4lb).
