We hope we’ve covered all the questions you might possibly have, but in case there’s something we’ve missed, just click here we’ll be happy to help !

Can I include a little special message with my gift?
Of course! Just write your message in the Special Instruction box and we will write your message on our complimentary message card.

I want to have other details with the designs, can I do that?
You can have anything you want - provided it fits within the space! Just use the product photos as a guide for the amount of space available.

Write your details in the Special Instruction box and we will process it for you.

If your other details won’t fit – we’ll let you know before we process your order.

I want to change the order of the details as it appears.
Just write the order you wish the details to appear in inside the Special Instruction box, and we will make that change.

I just want the name embroidered, and no other detail.
We will centre the name/s in the space provided with larger font size.

Are the font types set?
Yes. We choose the font styles that we feel are most complimentary to the design.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The lengths of time indicated below include processing of order and postage time.

Please Note:
Priority Orders will be treated as urgent and will be created prior to Standard Orders. Orders will only be sent out once payment is received or cheques have cleared.

I am ordering this as a gift, so can you ensure the invoice is sent to me?
If the recipient of the gift is different to the purchaser, the invoice will certainly be sent to the purchaser. Simply ensure you have asked for this on your Order Form.

What do I do if I haven’t received the product and it’s been longer than the set timeframe?
You have 2 options:

1. Contact Australia Post directly on 13 13 18, quote your Australian Post Registered Mail reference number which we sent via email when we despatched your product. Australian Post will take it from there!

or

2. Contact us and quote your order number and/or Australian Post Registered Mail reference number, and we track the location of your parcel.

What if I need it sooner than the set priority order timeframe?
Just let us know in the Special Instruction box, if there are issues with your time frame we will contact you to discuss it.

How is the quality of the embroidery?
The design is embroidered on 100% cotton fabric with quality polyester threads.

The actual colour of the embroidered piece may vary slightly from the photos shown on the website; this is due to the limitation of internet technology. Also, while we endeavour to ensure each batch on fabric we purchase match our standard; there will be colour variation from batch to batch.

How are the gifts packaged?
The products, framed , are placed in a cardboard gift box, and sent in a durable cardboard mailing box.

What currency do I pay in?
All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. We accepted payments in Australian currencies. International customers, please note GST (Goods and Services Tax) are only payable by Australian customers.

What happens if there are breakages or incorrect details are embroided?
All items are posted out in good condition and packaged to protect from breakage. In the case where breakage occurs during postage, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to replace the broken item.

All gifts are checked to make sure details are embroidered according to the information given on the Order Form. If mistakes are made by us, please contact us immediately and a new piece will be embroidered and sent out via express post at no cost to you.

However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all details and spellings are correct on the Order Form. If the text has been embroidered according to the information given on the Order Form, then the full cost of replacement item and postage will be charged to the customer.
